Why we started

We each had a course we never finished. Different languages, different platforms, same shape: a long video, a stack of notes, a growing suspicion that we were being taught at rather than taught.

The strange part is that we can all code now. We got there by building things badly and fixing them, which is exactly what the courses never let us do until hour nine.

Loopwise is an attempt to skip to that part. Learn one small thing, try it immediately, build something with it, move on. Then again, slightly harder.

That’s the entire idea. We’re building it because we wanted it to exist, and because none of us fancied watching another three-hour video to find out.
